The Return is a complete and uninterrupted ritual. This intentionally unhurried experience gives the body enough time to arrive, to open, and to integrate. The session moves forward through steady touch and a quiet rhythm, without interruption or urgency. Space is fully preserved so the body can complete what it needs. Silence is welcomed. Touch remains attentive and grounded. Each phase is given room to unfold and time to settle. When the experience comes to an end, the body does not feel cut short. It is gently returned to daily life — more stable, more present, and more whole.
