65 minutes – $160 The Invitation is a 65-minute full-body entry journey. Unlike The Reset, which focuses on a single area, this session brings the entire body into the slow, steady rhythm of SENARi. It begins with scent and breath. The chest opens, the back softens, and the body shifts out of the pace of the day and into something quieter. Warm, continuous touch moves through the shoulders, back, legs, and arms — easing tension in a complete, connected flow. It doesn’t go as deep as The Journey or The Ritual, but it offers enough time for the entire body to settle and re-align. The Invitation is an entry point: a bridge from noise to stillness, and the first step in returning to yourself.
