Service Description

The Descent is a journey inward. As time stretches and breath drops deeper, layers within the body begin to reveal themselves. Touch becomes more intentional — not to push or release, but to listen. During this process, long-held tension, emotions, or sensations may come into awareness and gradually soften. As the session unfolds, the body no longer rushes to respond and instead begins to truly participate. Many shifts do not happen all at once. They emerge quietly through continuity and presence. The Descent leaves space for embodied awareness and emotional depth. Everything unfolds at its own pace.
